Grace Wallace was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2008, she moved to Michigan for the first time to attend college at the University of Michigan; she graduated in 2012 with a degree in Political Science. After working as a summer camp Director in Brevard, North Carolina for three years, she returned to U of M to pursue her Masters in Education. She is thrilled to begin her teaching career as an English and Social Studies teacher in this vibrant learning community that is committed to social justice, equity in education, and providing students with the skills they will need to succeed. Ms. Wallace loves Michigan football, Harry Potter, and her dog (Harper) and cat (Scout)--any of which she will be happy to talk your ear off about at any time.
